Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Whether you’re single or taken, take this day to spread the love to those around you!
If you’re like me and you spent all your money over Christmas break and you’re dreading the thought of spending more money today – check out these thoughtful (and inexpensive) ways to do something special for your significant other or yourself!
For your significant other…
1. Cook them dinner
Or breakfast, lunch – whatever you like! A homemade meal is always nice, especially during this busy midterm season when many of us are surviving on leftovers and take out.
2. Flowers and/or chocolate
Cliché, I know. But that doesn’t mean it won’t brighten up his or her day! I personally think these boxes of roses are really beautiful.
3. Make a photo collage
A trip down memory lane is always fun and nostalgic. Make a cute photo collage of you and your significant other and watch them swoon!
1. Movie night
Cozy up with a fuzzy blanket and enjoy a night in. Take some time off from studying tonight to enjoy yourself!
2. Pamper yourself
Take a hot shower or a bubble bath, do a face mask, and just treat yourself! Don’t forget to take care of your own well-being today.
3. Invite some friends over for a night in (or out!)
Make it a Galentine’s Day if you’d like – kick back, enjoy each other’s company, and maybe even some wine!
Spread the love and enjoy some good company tonight. And remember, with or without a partner, remember to love yourself!
